Back 2 School & Updates

Unfortunately I haven't had many posts lately, it seems life has been really busy the past month or so with moving & trying to get settled in, and of course with starting school again. I have some pictures I need get a hold of from my mom and post of our some-what recent trip to Panguitch Lake with my mom's side of the family. We had a blast (other than the fact that we caught none, zero, zip fish...my theory that all fish in any lake in the state of Utah are gay because I have yet to catch even one this year (including ice fishing over the winter) still holds true after all of these times I've challenged it.) The trip really brought back some great old memories of being a kid and making annual trips on the 4th of July down there. It's always nice to get away from everyday life and spend some time with family. I feel bad for those who dread family outings and vacations. It's too bad they can't have such a great family as Brad and I have (both sides of course!)

And of course...with summer coming to an end, fall is quickly sneaking up on us. Which means school starts again and we're back to the old grind. Brad and I must both be completely out of our minds as we've both decided to kick it in gear and go to school full-time this semester, while still working full time at our jobs. Aaaaah! I think we're both starting to wonder what-in-the-heck we were thinking. Life is crazy and is bound to get crazier as we get deeper into the semester. We do not have any classes together as we have in the past semesters, and so the time we get to spend together during the week is limited & I find myself constantly looking forward to the weekend (even more-so than I used to. Hard to imagine, right?) so that we can try to break-away from some homework for a bit and enjoy each other's company again. Also, our wedding anniversary is next month (can you believe that?!) and I'm hoping we can find some time to get away and do something fun then.

In other up coming events, I am super excited for the Keith Urban concert next week. Angie and I have been going to every concert Keith has held in Utah over the past 5 years or so, starting with his Tooele County Fair concert which was one of (and possibly even the very first) concert he's done here. It's became a tradition for us, and it's fun to get out together like the old days. My mom is also coming with us, as she did last year, and I'm excited for that. Girls night out!

Anyways, stay posted for some pics that hopefully will come soon. In regards to Purple Paisley, I'm currently working on a baby announcement, a couple of logos, and possibly a wedding invite so be sure to stay tuned for those as well!

Hope everyone is happy and well, and that life is treating you good!

Just in case you were wondering...I am still mad about not being invited to the concert! You girls will definetly need a chaperone and I would have been a cheap one.. :(
